There are three levels of support coordination that can be included in your plan:
A plan manager can help you:
Speak to us to put you in touch with the right Plan Manager for you or to discuss the options you have in self-managing your NDIS plan.
At your planning meeting you can tell NDIS staff that you would like a plan manager to support you.
The NDIS will include funding in your plan to pay for your plan manager. This is separate from your other services and supports in your budget.
